Matt is a real estate attorney with extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate investing.
Previously, Matt served as the head of renewable energy for one of the largest privately held real estate investment companies in the United States. In addition to overseeing the development of utility-scale solar, wind, and data center investment projects, Matt provided envisioning on large tracts of land to create a shared vision for future use and development, ensuring the highest return on investment.
Prior to that, Matt worked for one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the United States overseeing a variety of complex commercial real estate investment transactions.
Matt has also worked in the United States Senate- Office of Orrin G. Hatch, Arizona Governor's Office- Regulatory Review Council, and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality- real property law and policy.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Utah State University, a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Phoenix School of Law, and a post doctorate law degree (LL.M.) from Arizona State University in Real Estate Law and Sustainability, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Matt has been building wealth through real estate investing for almost 20 years, and is a licensed Utah real estate agent.
